Late check-in has the following surcharges:
- EUR 50 between 21:00 and 00:00- EUR 100 after 00:00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.
The property is not available for bachelor or similar parties.

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You will have to pay it in cash. You should receive your refund upon checkout. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after an inspection of the condition of the accommodation.
